A fine upright, clump forming perennial that reaches 24" in height and 12" in spread. Tall, well-branched flowering stems support lavish, fully-double magenta blossoms that bear a close resemblance to a carnation. The sturdy plants begin their long flowering period in mid-summer, rising above a contrasting rosette of fuzzy, felted silvery leaves. Easy to grow and free from pest issues, plants will perform best in full sun with free drainage.
