Dog Policy

We love dogs but generally prefer that customers keep their furry friends at home when they visit during the nursery season (we strongly urge this during the spring when our nursery is extremely busy with customer traffic). We recognize that this is not always possible and understand. If you must visit the nursery with your dog, we request that you acknowledge and abide by the following:

• All dogs must be well behaved. This includes being adult/child friendly and dog friendly.
• Please always keep your dog on a lead and under control for their safety and that of other customers.
• Please clean up immediately after any accidents that may occur. Customers should come prepared with bags and be vigilant to ensure dogs are not marking our plants.
• Dogs need to stay out of our container production areas.
• We do not have shaded parking, so you should not plan on leaving your pet in your vehicle on warm days.
• Broken Arrow Nursery reserves the right to request any problematic dog(s) be removed from the premises immediately.
• Owners/Handlers will not hold the Nursery and/or any associated parties responsible or liable for any injury and/or incidents that may occur.

Our aim is to create an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Please help us by following the above so we can focus on creating the plant experience we are known for and you have come to expect.
Be aware that at times our nursery dogs are unleashed on the property. If you have any questions/concerns, please call us in advance of your visit.
