Disporum Fairy Bells

Through the years we've been captivated by fairy bells, acquiring an extensive collection of rare species and cultivars. Native to parts of Asia and North America, we find these underutilized plants to be outstanding garden additions. In spring, the alternating leaves arise on expanding stems along which small, lily-like flowers dangle from the axils. From the diminutive white flowering Disporum sessile to the grand yellow flowering D. flavum, these woodland gems will form impressive colonies and are an elegant addition to any shady garden.
